Anwar discharged from HKL after dental surgery

KUALA LUMPUR – Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim has been discharged from the Kuala Lumpur Hospital this morning after undergoing a minor dental surgery yesterday.

He left the hospital at 9.39am today, accompanied by his security team, reported Bernama.

The prime minister posted on Facebook last night about the procedure.

“At the moment I am still being monitored by the medical team and I have been advised to be warded until tomorrow morning, Insya-Allah,” he wrote. – August 21, 2023
