KUALA LUMPUR – Police will record a statement from former Community Communications Department (J-Kom) director-general Datuk Mohammad Agus Yusoff today over a viral video, which he has since claimed was doctored.

Inspector-General of Police Tan Sri Razarudin Husain said Agus will provide his statement at 2pm, at the Kajang police headquarters.

He said apart from Agus, there are several other individuals expected to be called to assist in the investigation of the case.

“… Wahab (J-Kom assistant officer Abdul Wahab Abdul Kadir Jilani) will be called soon,” he said today.

Meanwhile, Razarudin said police are still investigating the identity of the individual known as “Mr H”.

A video clip of a conversation said to be between Agus and Wahab went viral.

Agus at a press conference on November 17 claimed that the video was edited and that he had filed a police report on the matter. – November 20, 2023
