KUALA LUMPUR — Maybank has advised its customers to plan ahead before a system maintenance this weekend to its Maybank2u services, as well as automated teller machines (ATM) and self-service terminals (SST).

These services will undergo system maintenance this Saturday, October 12, and Sunday, October 13, from 12am to 7am on both days, the bank posted on X.

Maybank2u mobile banking services will also be affected by the system maintenance, it added.

“This routine exercise is to ensure our platforms are up-to-date, so you can conduct your banking transactions more securely.

“(These services) will not be available on a staggered basis for both days. Please plan your transactions in advance to avoid any interruptions,” Maybank said.

Customers needed assistance can contact the bank via private message on X or Maybank Group Customer Care at 1-300-88-6688 (Malaysia) or +603-7844 3696 for overseas calls. – October 10, 2024
