KUALA LUMPUR – VSF Travels Sdn Bhd has officially launched its operations in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, aiming to carve out a niche in Malaysia’s tourism sector with highly personalised and experience-driven travel offerings.

The agency, whose name Voyages Sans Frontières translates to “borderless journeys”, is positioning itself around customised itineraries, wellness retreats, cultural immersion and charity-focused travel.

Managing director Prabakaran Chooli Krishnan said the company’s approach goes beyond conventional tourism by focusing on meaningful and transformative experiences.

“We believe travel should touch the heart as much as it excites the mind. Our mission is to craft journeys that inspire self-discovery, foster cultural appreciation and create lasting connections,” he said at the opening ceremony.

The event was officiated by Tan Sri Dr Bashir Ahmad Abdul Majid, a board member of Malaysia Aviation Group, in the presence of industry players and government representatives.

VSF Travels is the 164th licensed tour operator in Negeri Sembilan and enters the market at a time when demand is shifting towards more purposeful and customised travel.

Among its offerings are tailored itineraries based on individual interests, including wellness and spiritual retreats, heritage and adventure travel, as well as community-based programmes that allow travellers to contribute to local causes.

The company also emphasises sustainable tourism through partnerships with local businesses and eco-friendly initiatives.

To kickstart operations, VSF Travels has lined up seven group tour departures, including one domestic trip to Sabah and six international destinations such as Indonesia, central Vietnam, Sri Lanka and South India.

It has also developed 24 ground packages for individual travellers, covering destinations such as Seremban, Pekan Nanas, Kuching and Kota Kinabalu, alongside international options including the Maldives and Bali-Lombok.

A two-day public showcase will be held on April 4 and 5 to promote its tour packages and engage potential customers.

With more than five decades of industry experience behind its leadership, the company is betting on curated, high-value travel to stand out in an increasingly competitive market. – April 4, 2026
