KUALA LUMPUR – Technology solutions provider Infomina Bhd has secured a RM23.49 million contract from the Inland Revenue Board (LHDN) to provide technology infrastructure operations, maintenance and support services.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Infomina said it has received a letter of acceptance (LOA) dated March 31, 2026, for the provision of maintenance services covering both hardware and software of LHDN’s data warehouse systems.

“This includes software licence renewals and support, hardware maintenance and technical support, as well as related professional services,” it said.

The contract is for a period of two years from April 1, 2026 to March 31, 2028, with a total value of RM23.49 million excluding sales and services tax.

“Any further renewal or extension of the LOA after the period is at the discretion of LHDN,” it said.

On the financial impact, the company said the contract is expected to contribute positively to the earnings of the group over the duration of the agreement.

“None of the directors, major shareholders or persons connected with them has any direct or indirect interest in the LOA,” it said.

In a separate statement, Infomina chief executive officer and managing director Yee Chee Meng said the contract further strengthens the company’s position in the public sector and reinforces its capabilities in managing complex infrastructure and data environments.

“We remain committed to delivering high standards of service, reliability and technical excellence to support the operational needs of our clients,” he said.

Yee added that the company continues to make steady progress in expanding its regional footprint, particularly in Japan, where it is seeing encouraging customer traction.

“With a diversified presence across Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Japan, and sustained momentum from recent contract wins, Infomina’s growing base of recurring operations, maintenance and support services provides strong earnings visibility and reinforces its business resilience,” he said. – April 10, 2026
