RM10 and done: Dapur Brahim’s serves up buffet bargain at UKM Bangi

Unlimited Malaysian favourites offered in weekday lunch deal open to students and the public

KUALA LUMPUR — Dapur Brahim’s by Desatera Sdn Bhd has introduced a RM10 lunch buffet at Randau Rasa, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) Bangi, offering students, university staff, nearby residents and the public an affordable weekday dining option.

Operating under the tagline “Cedok puas-puas, bayar RM10 je!”, the self-service buffet is available from Monday to Friday, beginning 11am, on a walk-in and dine-in basis only. The promotion does not accept advance reservations and is not available for takeaway.

Speaking at the launch on June 23, 2026, Desatera Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Datuk Seri Feizal Nor Nurbi said the initiative was designed to provide accessible meals without compromising on quality or variety.

“We understand that many people today are looking for quality meals at reasonable prices.

“Through this RM10 buffet initiative, we hope to provide students, university staff and the surrounding community with an affordable dining option that offers both value and variety,” he said, according to a statement shared on Brahim’s Facebook page.

Although situated within the UKM campus, the buffet is open to members of the public across the Klang Valley.

According to the press statement, diners can enjoy a broad selection of Malaysian dishes, including Ayam Masak Sambal, Ayam Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Daging Tetel Asam Pedas, Ikan Kembung Masak Kari, Ikan Mata Besar Goreng Belado, alongside vegetable dishes, tofu and tempeh, ulam-ulaman, and a variety of signature sambal.

“At Dapur Brahim’s, we believe good food should be accessible to everyone. This initiative reflects our commitment to serving the community while continuing to deliver enjoyable dining experiences built on quality, taste and hospitality,” he added.

The launch was attended by Brahim’s Dewina Group managing director Puan Nur Fatin Datuk Seri Ibrahim, Dewina Holdings Sdn Bhd group executive director Encik Ahmad Fahimi Datuk Seri Ibrahim, senior management representatives, and members of the media.

The RM10 buffet is expected to attract students, working professionals, families and nearby residents seeking a filling yet budget-friendly lunch option. – June 28, 2026
