Uni Wall APS secures RM90mil sub-contract for Pavilion Damansara Heights project

Company says project involves design, supply, fabrication, and installation of facades, aluminium, and glazing works of three towers

KUALA LUMPUR – Uni Wall APS Holdings Bhd has obtained a sub-contract worth RM89.64 million for the Pavilion Damansara Heights mixed development project located on Jalan Damanlela, Kuala Lumpur.  

The sub-contract was awarded to Uni Wall Facade Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned subsidiary of the company, by BUCG (M) Sdn Bhd.  

In a statement released to Bursa Malaysia today, Uni Wall indicated that the project involves the design, supply, fabrication, and installation of facades, aluminium, and glazing works.  

The contract, which includes taxes and a provisional amount of RM850,000, is set to begin retroactively on April 15, 2025, with different completion dates for each tower.  

Tower TB is expected to be finished by November 2, 2026, while Towers RA and RC are projected to be completed by July 14, 2028, and August 14, 2028, respectively. The mock-up works are anticipated to be completed within six months of the start date.  

BUCG is a construction firm backed by Beijing Urban Construction North Group Co Ltd and Bayu Semangat Sdn Bhd.  

Uni Wall stated that the contract is expected to have a positive impact on its earnings throughout the project’s duration and will be financed through internal funds and external loans. – June 24, 2025
