LOOI Poay Loak, 71, has been feeding stray dogs in Jalan Pelanduk, Pudu for almost a year now. He would give them chicken bones thrown away by chicken rice restaurants nearby.
“Every day, I walk a lot to feed the stray dogs. My body sweats and I get healthier,” he said while scattering the leftovers to the strays around him – ensuring that they too, get healthier. – February 20, 2024
