THE beautifully restored Art Deco-style Coliseum cinema, cafe, and hotel that was once the favourite haunt of English writer Somerset Maugham is on the market for an undisclosed sum.
It was built in 1920 by the Chua family, but ownership has changed hands over the years, including Lotus Five Star Cinema. – May 3, 2024
