TRAFFIC chaos unfolded near Hotel Shangri-La on Jalan Sultan Ismail, Kuala Lumpur after a towering tree crashed down and wreaked havoc on its surroundings, damaging a staggering 17 vehicles. The tragedy claimed the life of one commuter and left another individual injured.
