Maybank services set for temporary suspension on Jan 14

Maybank2U, Maybank2U Biz app, MAE app will be unavailable from 3am to 6am

KUALA LUMPUR – Maybank users can expect temporary service disruptions on January 14 as the financial services provider undertakes a scheduled system maintenance exercise. 

In a notice dated January 5 on its website, Maybank said that its Maybank2U and Maybank2U Biz app and browser page, as well as its MAE app will be momentarily unavailable from 3am to 6am on the day. 

“To reduce any inconvenience during this period, please perform your transactions in advance.” 

Users requiring further information or assistance can also contact the bank via e-mail at [email protected] or their local and overseas hotline, 1-300-88-6688 and +603-7844 3696, respectively. 

Meanwhile, in a notice published on January 4, Maybank said that its trading platforms would be temporarily unavailable from midnight to 4pm today. 

The platforms affected are the web and mobile versions of the Maybank Online Stock Trade for local trading and the Maybank Trade app. – January 7, 2024
