Ancom Crop Care launches final RM10,000 scholarship round for Penang undergraduates

Applications for the education aid programme, open until October 14, target undergraduates from low-income families pursuing non-medical degrees at local universities

KUALA LUMPUR – Ancom Crop Care has opened the final round of its scholarship program for students from Penang, with applications being accepted from July 18 to October 14, 2025.

The scholarship offers up to RM10,000 per student to help cover tuition fees and is designed for students from low-income families in Penang.

It is available to those who have been accepted into any local government or private university, excluding Medicine and Dentistry, as well as to those who have applied and are awaiting acceptance letters.

Students in their second, third, or final year of undergraduate studies can also apply.

The program was launched in May 2023 by Ancom Crop Care Sdn Bhd, a subsidiary of Ancom Nylex Berhad, and was officially announced by Penang Chief Minister Chow Kon Yeow.

This year marks the third and final application cycle for the scholarship.
