Mohd Shuhaily is charged under Section 323 of the Penal Code and faces up to a year’s imprisonment or a maximum fine of RM2,000, or both, if convicted.

Mohd Shuhaily is accused of voluntarily causing injury to Mohamad Faiz Saman between 1.27 pm and 1.35 pm on Sept 28 at Counter J, Level 5, Terminal 1 of the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) here.

He is also accused of intentionally causing injury to Muhammad Ekmal Sofwan Dirman at the same location and time.
