The government is leaving it up to the courts to determine whether the documentary Man On The Run will have to be removed from streaming platform Netflix.
The government has yet to make any decision regarding the request made by former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak to instruct the streaming service Netflix to remove and prohibit the screening of the documentary Man on the Run.
Datuk Seri Najib Razak's lead defence lawyer Tan Sri Muhammad Shafee Abdullah insists that his client had been misled throughout his interview during the making of the controversial Netflix documentary Man on the Run, despite the director's assertions that the former prime minister was well aware of his responses.
