In an Instagram post, Riad Asmat thanked AirAsia and the team “for their undying support given throughout the good as well as bad times”, and said it was “truly an honour to have been given the opportunity to work with each and every one of you throughout these years”.
The Malaysia Competition Commission has failed in its application to review the Federal Court’s previous decision in refusing to give the regulatory body leave to pursue its appeal to reinstate RM10 million in fines imposed on Malaysian Airlines and AirAsia Bhd for breaching a market-sharing prohibition.
