Paris tribunal sides with Malakoff Corp in dispute with Algerian firm over desalination plant

A Paris arbitral tribunal has ruled in favour of energy and environmental solutions company Malakoff Corp Bhd in its litigation with state-owned Algerian Company SPA relating to a seawater desalination plant in Tlemcen, Algeria.
