IOC allows Russian and Belarusian athletes to participate in Paris Olympics

The International Olympic Committee (IOC) decided Friday to allow Russian and Belarusian athletes to compete at the Paris Olympics as neutrals, without flags, emblems or anthems, Anadolu Agency (AA) reported.
