The Youth and Sports Ministry (KBS) has issued a warning to combat bid rigging cartels orchestrated by companies or contractors involved in any procurements at the ministry.
The Defence Ministry has submitted documents related to four procurement tenders to the Competition Commission (MyCC) involving seven companies alleged to have engaged in bid-rigging activities.
