A chief executive officer of a football association in the north and three others will be remanded for three days until January 7 for allegedly soliciting bribes of more than RM6 million.
The sessions court today dismissed an application by a company director to strike out a corruption charge filed against him for offering a bribe of RM500,000 a year for 15 years to Tan Sri Annuar Musa in connection with the take-over of the KL Tower concession.
