Menurut notis tersebut, jika mereka gagal untuk mengosongkan rumah di dalam tempoh yang ditetapkan, penduduk boleh dikenakan denda maksimum sebanyak RM500,000 atau penjara sehingga lima tahun atas kesalahan menduduki tanah kerajaan tanpa kebenaran.
