Malaysia's ambassador to the United States, Datuk Seri Mohamed Nazri Abdul Aziz, has advised Machang MP Wan Ahmad Fayhsal Wan Ahmad Kamal that a demarche may constitute a threat or otherwise, depending on its contents.
