The man who was arrested in connection with the discovery of a package containing an improvised explosive device in Mak Mandin near here on Sunday is believed to have detonated the explosive device in front of his neighbour’s house out of anger.
Police detained a 32-year-old local man and a 38-year-old foreign woman after finding a package containing a homemade improvised explosive device in their unit at the Taman Pandan flats yesterday.
