The shortcut, also commonly referred to as “rat lane” for pedestrians to enter the Customs, Immigration and Quarantine Complex at the Sultan Iskandar Building in Johor Bahru, will be closed with immediate effect.
Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Fadillah Yusof said the allocation was to carry out three physical projects and provide incentives for Immigration officers of various grades on duty at the entry points.
