Hakim di mahkamah tertinggi Pertubuhan Bangsa-Bangsa Bersatu (PBB) semalam mendapati Rusia melanggar elemen perjanjian anti keganasan PBB, tetapi enggan memutuskan dakwaan yang dibawa oleh Kyiv bahawa Moscow bertanggungjawab menembak jatuh pesawat Malaysia Airlines MH17 di timur Ukraine pada 2014.
