Barisan Nasional (BN) and Pakatan Harapan (PH) will make some changes to their Terengganu state election campaign programme during the period of mourning following the demise of Tengku Besar of Terengganu Fatimah @ Sharifah Nong Alsagoff Abdillah, early Thursday.
