Paul Yong rape conviction: dissenting judge says former Tronoh MP denied fair trial

Paul Yong Chong Kiong's conviction for the alleged rape of his maid in 2019 is deemed unsafe and unsatisfactory due to a host of factors regarding the conduct of the trial, according to a dissenting judgement from Court of Appeal judge Datuk S.M. Komathy Suppiah.
