Wet weather fails to deter tourists from enjoying the surroundings at KLCC and posing for photos with the Petronas Twin Towers as a backdrop. Malaysia’s capital is seeing a return of foreign travellers and is hoping its tourism industry will be able to rebound after the Covid-19 pandemic.
