The RM6.6 billion criminal breach of trust (CBT) case against former prime minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak and ex-treasury secretary-general Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah will finally proceed to trial next year.
The high court here was told today that former 1Malaysia Development Bhd (1MDB) chief executive officer Arul Kanda Kandasamy and its former chairman Tan Sri Mohd Irwan Serigar Abdullah cannot be liable for losses incurred by the company due to irregularities committed by others.
