The special plate, “GOLD 1”, was handed to the king by Transport Minister Anthony Loke today at Istana Negara, according to a post on Sultan Ibrahim’s official Instagram account.
The Road Transport Department will hold a special bidding session for vehicle registration numbers with the “GOLD” prefix in conjunction with the golden jubilee celebration for the 50th Federal Territory Day on February 1 this year.
