SPNB Aspirasi files summons against Tunas Manja, individuals for ‘conspiracies’ in commercial project 

The writ, which was witnessed by Kuala Lumpur High Court registrar Aisyaf Falina Abdullah on September 24, stated that SASB, a subsidiary of SPNB, is seeking for a declaration that a development agreement and subsequent additional agreements cannot be enforced.
