Nissan X-Trail, Myvi up in flames on MEX Highway

No victims were involved in the accident

KUALA LUMPUR – Two vehicles were completely destroyed in a fire as a result of an accident on the MEX Highway early this morning.

The Kuala Lumpur Fire and Rescue Department’s operation centre said the fire was caused by an accident between a Nissan X-Trail and a Perodua Myvi. 

It added that it had dispatched 14 members from the Petaling Jaya and Bukit Jalil Fire and Rescue Stations after receiving a distress call at 7.10am. 

The fire was subsequently put out. No victims were involved in the accident. – September 6, 2023
