Despite playing for fun, players still need good agility, flexibility and strength to participate in the intense Southeast Asian-origin team sport.

Recently, recreational facilities in parks, fields, and public halls have been improved to encourage more people to go outdoors and live a healthier lifestyle. This allows individuals to be able to participate in non-sedentary leisure activities without having to travel far or spend much money. – February 26, 2024
