Let police investigate ‘Allah’-printed socks, Saifuddin urges patience

PUTRAJAYA – Allow the police to carry out their probe into the contentious socks that were printed with the word “Allah”, said Home Minister Datuk Seri Saifuddin Nasution Ismail.

“There are numerous police reports made over the issue; let the authorities handle it,” he said in a press conference at his ministry here today.

He added that police will call up individuals for questioning if the need arises as part of their investigation process. – March 19, 2024
