Photo of the day: Casting a wide net for a good catch

8:15 PM MYT

TWO foreign migrants are seen skillfully casting their nets to catch freshwater fish at a lake front in a Cyberjaya housing area.

The net, spanning a length of 100 metres, was strategically placed in the waterway to optimise their yield.

The highly-commercial tilapia species of fish stood out as one of the most common types encountered by these intrepid fishermen. – January 30, 2024
