Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department (Law and Institutional Reform) Datuk Seri Azalina Othman Said yesterday witnessed a memorandum of understanding signed between the Asian International Arbitration Centre in Kuala Lumpur and the School of African and Oriental Studies University of London Arbitration and Dispute Resolution Centre in London.
