The Terengganu Gymnastics Association has received RM100,000 from the National Sports Council to upgrade its present equipment and develop the sport in the state.
PKR lawmaker Lee Chean Chung has slammed Terengganu Amanah Youth chief Zamir Ghazali over the latter’s “insane” call for the state government to apply shariah-compliant attire guidelines to male and female athletes of various sports.
In a statement on the matter, PayNet, the operator of DuitNow QR, clarified that the fee follows the lifting of a waiver on the merchant discount rate, which is charged based on a percentage of the payment transaction value.
