National para swimmer Carmen Lim aims to secure her spot in this year’s Paris Paralympics through a strong performance in the coming Para Swimming World Series scheduled to take place in Aberdeen, Scotland, next week.
PCM president Datuk Seri Megat D. Shahriman Zaharudin said para swimmer Carmen Lim will lead the council as it requires athletes’ representation at governing board decision-making levels to drive the Paralympic Movement.
