The Kuala Lumpur High Court has handed a posthumous victory to People’s Progressive Party (myPPP) president Datuk Seri Maglin Dennis D’Cruz, here today, after dismissing Tan Sri M. Kayveas’ bid to initiate a judicial review to cancel his party presidency.
People’s Progressive Party (myPPP) president Datuk Seri Maglin Dennis D’Cruz said the party would take the necessary steps to end the ongoing disputes with former president Tan Sri M. Kayveas.
