The Malaysian Meteorological Department has issued a Level 1 warning of extreme dry and hot weather conditions in 14 areas, including Sabah and Sarawak, as of 4.30pm, as scorching heat spreads across the country.
The Malaysian Meteorological Department said Kuching, Sri Aman, Betong, and Sarikei are the affected areas, which will experience bad weather until 6pm.
