Local growing of onions set to reduce import bill, says Mat Sabu

Malaysia hopes to reduce its food import bill, for shallots at least, by 30% by 2030 through a local cultivation initiative, said Agriculture and Food Security Minister Datuk Seri Mohamad Sabu.
