KUALA LUMPUR – The Road Transport Department (RTD) will hold a special bidding session for vehicle registration numbers with the “GOLD” prefix in conjunction with the golden jubilee celebration for the 50th Federal Territory Day on February 1 this year.j
The auction is open between 12am on February 1 and 10pm on February 5 via the JPJeBid system.
Results will be announced on February 6.
Bidding prices for gold numbers start at RM20,000 each, followed by attractive numbers (RM3,000), popular (RM800) and running (RM300).
Successful bidders must register the number to a vehicle within 12 months of receiving the letter from RTD. – January 30, 2024
